ISPL Relationship Responsible & CSC Support

The ISPL Relationship Responsible & CSC Support will actively participate to the good relation between the company  and ISPL ITG CDF within the use of services provided by ISPL such as pentest and appsec (code review analysis).

The ISPL Relationship Responsible & CSC Support will also provide administrative support to the Head of CSC.

Responsibilities:

• Elaborate and maintain a good relationship between company and ISPL
• Ensure realistic annual projections of the use of ISPL services
• Control the budget related to the use of ISPL services, from projection to execution
• Alert the Head of CSC about any deviations
• Provide administrative support to the Head of CSC, planned or on-demand

Main Tasks:

Your mission consists in taking charge of the following activities:

• Follow-up of the contract between company and ISPL, particularly when an ISPL service is to be newly used
• Participation to the definition of the CSC new needs in regards with ISPL services
• Definition of the annual budget projections of ISPL services use
• Follow-up of the budget with quarterly and yearly reconciliations
• Support to the VM operational team within its relationship with ISPL, in particular regarding preparation of the annual campaigns and execution follow-up
• Definition and regular data collect for KPIs allowing to follow-up the CSC activities
• Definition and regular update of the CSC skills plan
• Administrative support to Head of CSC (presentations for instance)
