Business System Analyst Lending

We have an amazing opportunity within our Delivery Unit, focusing on solutions for all our private individual customers, both in branches and digitally via Smart Mobile. Our core mission is to enable our business strategy of building a digital bank with a human touch.

Particularly, the Branches area targets the development of one important pillar: simple end-to-end lending solutions to support our colleagues in branches and our customers.

We are now planning to expand our team with skilled and enthusiastic Business System Analyst. Our new colleague will easily assimilate into the team and engage in the development of a new cloud application. With the support of a highly motivated squad, you will work closely with all team members - from solution architects, developers, DevOps,

QAs, BSAs, and more - while maintaining close collaboration with the business lines on the projects, of course.

As a member of the team, you will work with multiple technologies and be part of an agile squad, developing using our technology stack. We value collaboration and love being involved in the solution design of the application, as well as offering support to our colleagues responsible for testing our business. Responsibilities

• Interact with business lines to clarify business requirements.
• Assess feasibility, benefits, and risks, and provide opinions/recommendations.
• Analyzing the impact of business requirements on existing systems and the overall IT Environment.
• Break down requirements and provide effort estimates for the analysis work.
• Transform business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications.
• Maintain specifications and related documentation up to date throughout the project, implementing approved changes.
• Participate in solution design, support development, and testing.
• Provide post-implementation support to system administrators during stabilization.
• Providing support throughout the lifespan of the application in both functional and technical operation mode.
