The Role

We’re looking for a Video Editor to join us on-site at our Ljubljana, Slovenia office. This role will support spontaneous team needs, including quick edits, previews, and format-specific exports, as well as assist with in-office playback demonstrations, test renders, and visual comparisons.

What You Will Do

• Editing VR and flat video content

• Preparing and delivering video files in various resolutions, codecs, and aspect ratios

• Assisting with in-office playback demonstrations, test renders, and visual comparisons

• Supporting spontaneous team needs for quick edits, previews, and format-specific exports

• Participating in R&D of new tools, workflows, and visual techniques for immersive video

• Managing organized file structures, backups, and version control

• Staying up to date with evolving technologies, formats, and plugins in the post-production space

• Be available in-office for quick response to team needs

What We Are Looking For

• Background in post-production, editing workflows, or studio operations

• Hands-on expertise with industry-standard tools (Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Mistika Boutique, Trello)

• Passionate about quality content, efficient delivery, and scalable creative systems

• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills

• Passionate about immersive tech and high-performance content

• Ability to quickly learn and work with new software tools

• Strong sense of aesthetics, style, and rhythm

• Fluency in Russian and English

Bonus Points

• Experience or interest in VR video editing (stitching, 360° content, immersive media)

• Familiarity with VR-specific tools like Mistika VR or Adobe VR workflows

• Knowledge of Fusion Studio (Blackmagic)

• Motion design skills
