The Role

We are looking for a skilled Camera Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge of camera equipment, lighting, and shooting setups, and can ensure professional, high-quality video production.

What You Will Do

• Operate professional cameras and adjust settings (ISO, aperture/f-stop, shutter speed, frame rate, memory cards).

• Set up and control lighting to achieve the desired visual look.

• Ensure proper focus and framing during shoots.

• Collaborate with the director and production team to capture the best shots.

• Monitor technical aspects during filming to ensure consistent quality.

• Maintain and organize camera equipment.

• Work closely with an assistant (provided) to streamline the process.

What We Are Looking For

• 2+ years of experience as a Camera Operator or similar role.

• Strong understanding of camera systems, lenses, and lighting setups.

• Ability to quickly adjust settings in changing environments.

• Knowledge of framing, composition, and cinematic techniques.

• Attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.

• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced production environment.

• Fluency in English and Russian

Bonus Points

• Experience working with a VR cameras/ lenses

• Experience shooting on a green screen
