The Role

We are looking for an experienced Colorist to join our international post-production team, focusing on video projects. You'll collaborate with editors to enhance video quality through expert color grading and correction, ensuring consistency and alignment with the creative vision.

What You Will Do

• Perform precise color correction and grading to enhance scene mood, tone, and quality

• Work closely with the post-production team to achieve project alignment

• Ensure color consistency by adjusting exposure, saturation, and balance

• Innovate with creative solutions to strengthen visual storytelling

• Keep project files organized and manage timely delivery of all assets

• Stay updated on trends, tools, and techniques to improve workflows

What We Are Looking For

• Proven Colorist experience with a strong portfolio

• Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve and other color grading tools

• Strong foundation in color theory, correction techniques, and grading principles

• Familiarity with HDR workflows and platforms (cinema, streaming, broadcast)

• Knowledgeable about color spaces, LUTs, and formatting standards

• Keen eye for detail and a strong ability to maintain visual consistency across scenes

• Eagerness to explore and adopt new tools and techniques

• Fluency in English and Russian

Bonus Points

• Experience in VR editing

• Experience with VFX and compositing software (e.g., Adobe After Effects)

• Experience in the US market
