The Role

We’re looking for a skilled Retoucher to enhance and refine images with a natural, polished finish. You’ll be responsible for detailed skin, body, and color adjustments, ensuring every photo meets our high creative standards and visual consistency.

What You Will Do

• Perform detailed skin, body, and color retouching while keeping a natural, realistic look

• Adjust lighting, tones, and contrast for balanced, high-quality results

• Remove distractions or imperfections (stray hair, wrinkles, dust, etc.)

• Prepare and export final images for web and print

• Maintain consistent visual style and quality across all photos

• Organize and manage files efficiently to support the production workflow

• Collaborate with photographers, editors, and creative team members

What We Are Looking For

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom

• Proven experience in professional photo retouching (portfolio required)

• Excellent sense of color, lighting, and texture

• Attention to detail and consistency under tight deadlines

• Ability to handle large batches of photos while maintaining quality

• Basic understanding of composition and visual storytelling

Bonus Points

• Experience with beauty, fashion, or lifestyle photography

• Familiarity with Retouch4me, Capture One, or other AI-based tools

• Experience working with RAW files and color-calibrated workflows
