The Role
We are looking for a colleague to join our web development team in the segment of a global VR video streaming ecosystem. The best measure of success for this role is when tasks meet their ends. All works as it should — smoothly, consistently, and reliably.
What You Will Do
Develop and maintain server-side applications
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements
Develop and optimize APIs for responsiveness and efficiency
Improve database performance through indexing, caching, and query optimization
Enhance code quality through unit and integration testing
Debug issues and strengthen overall app reliability
Participate in code reviews, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
What We Are Looking For
4+ years of Software Engineering experience with PHP
Experience with NoSQL (MongoDB or similar)
Understanding of network and internet protocols
Experience with Redis (nice-to-have)
Experience with Golang is a significant plus
English level B1+ (Intermediate+) or above
