The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented person to help with our global asset management, including inventories, data checks, and admin tasks. We welcome candidates without prior experience - just a willingness to learn and grow in asset management.
What You Will Do
Conduct and support remote inventories with teams worldwide
Maintain and update the asset and license register
Data entry and validation (sense-checking requests, verifying completeness and accuracy)
Provide administrative support to the asset management team
Research and provide alternative asset links or references as needed
What We Are Looking For
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Fluency in English
Bonus Points
Prior experience in asset management, or administrative support
Knowledge of asset tracking tools or management systems
Basic understanding of compliance processes
Understanding the importance of data accuracy and confidentiality when handling asset records
Familiarity with concepts such as license terms, usage rights, renewals, expired licenses, and missing documentation (e.g., invoices)
