Why this role exists
We are hiring an experienced Project Manager (PM) to take full ownership of client delivery projects from kickoff through completion. This role sits within a learning-focused professional services environment, where success is defined by disciplined execution, clear communication, and consistent delivery against agreed timelines and budgets.
You will manage multiple projects at once, coordinate work across internal teams, and serve as a trusted point of contact for global clients. While the learning domain itself may be new if you are coming from another industry, the project management responsibilities should feel familiar and aligned with strong, fundamentals-driven PM practice.
This role is best suited for someone who works independently, is comfortable with accountability, and enjoys turning complex, multi-contributor work into clear, well-run project plans.
What you will do:
Project planning and delivery
Own projects end to end, from kickoff through successful completion
Build, maintain, and actively manage detailed project plans using Microsoft Project Enterprise and related tools
Define scope, milestones, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders
Identify stakeholders, risks, and issues, and develop communication and mitigation plans
Track progress, manage change, and ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget
Working with teams and stakeholders
Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and client stakeholders
Coordinate work across multiple internal contributors and functional groups to ensure projects are staffed with the right skills and resources
Lead status meetings, document decisions, and drive follow-through on action items
Lead client management, addressing issues and escalations through structured root cause analysis and disciplined corrective actions
Identify risks and issues early and take appropriate action
Quality and reporting
Ensure appropriate process adoption and adherence across all project planning and execution
Ensure deliverables meet agreed quality standards and client expectations
Manage review cycles, feedback, and approvals
Provide clear, consistent updates on project status, risks, and next steps
Learning the environment
Learn how learning projects are delivered within a professional services model
Learn and apply work breakdown structures and workflows for different types of deliverables
Apply strong project management practices within a new domain
Build familiarity with delivery models, workflows, and client expectations over time
