HTML Developer || On contract-3 months || Onsite-Noida

Role Summary

We are looking for a UI / Frontend Developer (Contractor) to design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-quality user interfaces for web and learning platforms. The role requires strong hands-on coding capability, experience working with design tools, and the ability to independently own UI delivery while collaborating in Agile teams.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

1. UI Development & Implementation

• Develop responsive and scalable web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern UI frameworks.

• Convert Figma / PSD designs into pixel-perfect, responsive UI components.

• Implement UI features using frameworks such as Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Clarity, and jQuery.

• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization.

2. LMS & Framework-Based Development

• Build and customize UI components for Learning Management Systems (LMS), particularly Moodle.

• Work with Adapt Framework for e-learning course development and customization.

• Integrate UI with backend services and plugins as required.

3. Code Quality, Testing & Best Practices

• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following UI best practices.

• Perform unit testing and ensure quality standards before delivery.

• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

• Follow version control best practices using Git.

4. Requirement Analysis & Estimation

• Understand business and technical requirements and translate them into UI solutions.

• Provide accurate effort estimates for UI tasks and features.

• Proactively highlight risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.

5. Agile Delivery & Collaboration

• Work in Agile/Scrum environments, ensuring timely updates in Jira.

• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product stakeholders.

• Support sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives as needed.

6. Team & Technical Leadership (as applicable)

• Lead UI modules or small teams when required.

• Mentor junior developers and support knowledge sharing.

• Drive UI consistency and reusable component strategies across projects.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

• Strong experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript

• Hands-on with Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, Material UI, jQuery

• Experience with Moodle LMS and Adapt Framework

• Working knowledge of Node.js, MongoDB, and API integrations

• Familiarity with Git, Jira, VS Code

• Exposure to mobile/hybrid apps using Ionic is a plus
