We are seeking an Associate Project Manager who brings strong project discipline, attention to detail, and hands-on experience using Microsoft Project to manage active project plans. This role is ideal for someone who has already managed projects independently and is ready to take on broader ownership within a structured, fast-moving delivery environment.

You will work closely with senior project managers and cross-functional teams to support the delivery of complex learning and content development projects, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations are met.

What You Will Do

Manage project plans and timelines

• Build and maintain detailed project plans using Microsoft Project

• Track milestones, dependencies, and progress throughout the project lifecycle

• Monitor timelines and proactively identify and address risks or delays

Coordinate cross-functional teams

• Work closely with instructional designers, SMEs, media teams, QA, and delivery stakeholders

• Ensure team members understand timelines, priorities, and deliverables

• Track action items and help keep projects moving forward

Support successful project delivery

• Help ensure deliverables meet defined quality standards and timelines

• Coordinate review cycles, feedback incorporation, and final delivery readiness

• Maintain organized project documentation and tracking

Communicate clearly and consistently

• Provide structured status updates and project tracking information

• Support internal and stakeholder communication as needed

• Help ensure alignment across all project contributors
