Position Summary
We’re looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive to help us find and attract the right talent to meet our business needs. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring a timely and cost-effective hiring process across the organization. As part of our corporate HR team, you’ll focus on sourcing top talent for your assigned Business Unit(s). This is a hands-on role where you’ll leverage various channels like job portals, networking, and headhunting to build a strong talent pipeline for both current and future needs.
Mode: Work from Office in Noida
Tenure: Contract 3-6 months
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing: Use job portals, references, social networks, and more to identify and connect with potential candidates in a competitive market.
Screening & Scheduling: Review resumes, shortlist suitable candidates, and manage interview scheduling.
Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure timely closures.
Salary Negotiation: Handle compensation discussions and follow through until positions are filled.
Pipeline Building: Collaborate with senior management to proactively build a talent pipeline for key roles within the organization.
Innovation in Hiring: Explore and implement creative recruitment strategies, including the use of social media for employer branding.
