Revenue Operations Specialist – Data Quality Management

This role is based in our Menara Skymind office.

The Role

This role helps to ensures and efficient and effective execution of the sales order process for the Informa Festivals Tech division. This includes the enabling the sales teams to efficiently and effectively move through the sales process and that they have the proper training, tools, and capabilities to do so. It is also the responsibility of Revenue Operations Specialist to ensure a streamlined downstream delivery of all contracts and products. This includes revenue recognition and product fulfilment and is done in coordination with Customer Success and other internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Contract management; is responsible for the data accuracy of the contract process and entries into the business systems

• Maintains sponsorship product inventory tracking documents

• Ensures invoices are issued based on validated data to avoid discrepancies and reduce the need for credit notes.

• Monitors and responds to internal and sales organization requests

• Supports the sales organization with the contract process and client-related requests

• Acts as the liaison between sales team and support teams for delivery preparation

• Is accountable for quality control on client billing, invoicing, and the main point of contact for sales on billing and invoicing

• Responsible for maintaining booth holds/rents via Floorplan.Live

• Responsible for maintaining Sales Inventory doc and Internal Product delivery Database

• Conducts audits and reconciles data disparities across systems

• Enforces best practices and data standardization
