Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Tech & ERP roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop recruiting strategies.
- Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing globally.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Utilize ATS system to track and manage candidate data and recruitment metrics.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Generate reports to measure recruitment success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/ equivalent qualification in HR, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of proven experience as a Recruiter in the Information Technology and Services industry
- Experience in handling ERP recruitment would be an added advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HRIS software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
