Job Description

As a Scrum Master:

  • Coach and mentor team members in adopting and improving Scrum practices.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure they are productive and time boxed.
  • Drive team success by creating a collaborative, safe, and transparent working environment.
  • Act as a servant-leader, removing impediments and fostering continuous improvement.
  • Represent the team’s interests in cross-team or organizational process improvement initiatives.
  • Support the team in both technical and personal development aspects.
  • Collaborate closely with other Scrum Masters to align and enhance agile processes (Kanban, SAFe).

As a Tech Lead:

  • Leading the development and analysis of new functionalities.
  • Defining and documenting standards, driving success in an international setting, and leading the local team for a large European car manufacturer.
  • Develop and test embedded software for vehicle platforms, ensuring it meets system requirements.
  • Developing software for current and future platforms for all electric and hybrid vehicles.
  • Working on new features that are being defined and added to the platforms.
  • Configure, implement, and integrate software components into a unified stack based on system requirement.
  • Conduct validation and verification processes to ensure the software's quality.
  • Create and execute test cases using various testing techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an international, Agile environment.
  • Debug and resolve issues in embedded software using C++ and Python.
  • Ensure software is compatible with hardware, understanding the interaction between the two.

Requirements

  • 6 plus years of experience in C++ software development.
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification required.
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master; familiarity with Kanban and SAFe is highly desirable.
  • Experience working in technical environments where English is the primary language.
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, including design, coding, and testing.
  • Experience in automotive software development, particularly with Automotive SPICE is preferred.
