Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving revenue growth, expanding our presence within the IFS ecosystem & software industry, and leading a high-performing sales team. You will be responsible for executing end-to-end sales strategies, fostering long-term client relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer success.
- Drive end-to-end sales for IFS ERP and related software solutions — from lead generation through to deal closure.
- Support the Head of Sales in defining and executing strategic sales initiatives and identifying new business opportunities.
- Independently manage Tender, RFP, EOI, and other formal procurement documents with attention to detail and compliance.
- Consistently achieve performance goals and ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering long-term strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with delivery, support, finance, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure seamless deal execution and customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline visibility, and market intelligence to support business decisions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored, consultative solutions, especially in complex or long sales cycles.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline; an MBA will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in ERP, software services, or technology solution sales.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with IFS ERP or similar enterprise software solutions will be an advantage.
