IBG is an international team of more than 300 people across 13 locations worldwide. Within the German Business Unit, we focus on turnkey solutions, private label, and packaging for the Beauty and Home Care sectors. 

What will you do as Project Assistant 

As Project Assistant, you are the engine that keeps projects moving and everyone on track. You’ll have your hands in every part of the process: from coordination and data management to creative collaboration with internal teams and external partners. With your proactive mindset and eye for detail, you help turn complex plans into smooth project launches and satisfied clients. No two days are the same: your role is varied, dynamic, and essential to our team’s success. 

You will 

• Coordinate project timelines, tasks and deliverables for gold clients in close collaboration with the Senior Project Manager; 

• Maintain accurate master data and product information in NetSuite by collecting, organizing, and verifying details; 

• Support the sample process: handle receipt, tracking, labeling and dispatch of samples, plus maintaining the sample archive; 

• Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for product launches, including client-specific templates and submissions; 

• Communicate with clients, suppliers, and agencies to organize photoshoots, artwork feedback, and packaging fee reports.
