We are currently looking for a Project Manager who will manage and oversee multiple projects across various categories, from concept through delivery (and post-delivery, where required). Reporting directly to the Director, Project Management, this role will collaborate closely with all cross functional teams to ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage and document complex timelines and multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, creative environment. This role is for an existing vacancy.

In this role, you will:

  • Create and maintain critical path timelines for all projects—from initial development through final delivery. Responsible for creating & managing the project plan in PMOne and assigning responsibilities accordingly.

  • Manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time and aligned with key deadlines.

  • Partner with Sales and customer to define the scope & requirements for each project.  Ensure all supporting teams are briefed,  and clearly understand their responsibilities & next steps.

  • Manage creation and artwork according to IBG process (internally & externally).

  • Monitor purchase orders, collaborate with Supply Chain and production schedules to ensure timely sample arrivals and delivery adherence.

  • Communicate regularly with internal teams and external partners to track progress and resolve any issues proactively.

  • Provide accurate project updates on budgets, lead times, and status to internal stakeholders and clients.

  • Identify risks or delays early and work cross-functionally to develop solutions.

  • Ensure each project stays within approved budgets and that all financial updates are accurately documented.

  • Uphold brand and operational standards throughout each phase of a project.

  • Performs related duties as assigned that are consistent with the scope and level of this position.
