Requirements
About You:
We are looking for a QA Engineer to lead quality efforts across our engineering team. You will play a critical role in designing robust automated testing frameworks, mentoring QA engineers, and embedding quality throughout the software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of Playwright, hands-on experience with TestRail, and a strong foundation in QA methodologies, best practices, and modern test automation strategies.
Qualifications:
- Expert-level proficiency in Playwright (preferably with TypeScript).
- Hands-on experience managing and organizing test suites in TestRail or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of QA theory: test design techniques, shift-left strategies, etc.
- Proficient in working with CI/CD environments (GitLab CI or similar).
- Familiarity with RESTful API testing (e.g., Postman, REST-assured, or equivalent).
- Experience with Agile development and testing processes, including SCRUM or Kanban.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

- Playwright (with TypeScript)

FrontEnd:
- React, TypeScript
- Frontends monorepo orchestrated with Turborepo and pnpm
- All apps are bootstrapped with Vite
- Vitest is used for unit tests
- Storybook+Chromatic used for visual tests
BackEnd:
- Micro-service built on Java/Kotlin
- REST API with OpenAPI specification
DevOps:
- GitLab CI/CD
- Docker, Kubernetes

Compensation:

👋 Introduction Stage (~30 min.)

🧑💻 Team Interview Stage (~120 min.)
We have a one single interview round that takes approximately 2 - 2,5 hours and is divided into two stages:
- Stage 1: Technical Interview (60 min)
An interactive session with our technical team, focusing on your problem-solving approach and technical knowledge relevant to the role. - Stage 2: Practical Collaboration (60~90 min)
A hands-on session where you will work directly with our Software Engineers and Hiring Manager on a real-world problem. This is a practical, collaborative exercise designed to see how you approach challenges, communicate your reasoning, and co-create solutions in real time.
🎯 Final Stage (~30 min.)
