Job Overview
- Accompany patients into exam rooms to obtain medical history, including allergies, medications and history of chronic illness.
- Efficiently use EMR for documentation.
- Call patients with lab results
- Return patient calls to answer an array of questions, after guidance from provider.
- Clean and stock rooms
- Sterilize instruments and wash/fold patient gowns
