In this role, you will leverage your expertise to guide individuals through their challenges via engaging, 1-on-1 telehealth sessions. With a focus on creating a supportive and healing environment, you will help clients navigate their mental health journeys, addressing a variety of issues from anxiety and depression to trauma and addiction.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver personalized mental health support through teletherapy sessions, fostering connections that empower clients to thrive.
  • Tackle a spectrum of clinical cases, ensuring each individual receives the care tailored to their unique needs.
  • Collaborate closely with our clinical team to refine our service offerings and enhance the overall client experience.

Requirements

  • A master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or a related field is essential.
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience and 500 supervised clinical hours are required.
  • Expertise in contemporary therapeutic approaches, including but not limited to Trauma-Informed Care techniques.
  • Status: Must possess a valid and active license relevant to practice in Texas.
  • Language skills: Proficiency in both English and your local language is highly valued.
  • We welcome diversity! Experience with Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) or adult counseling is a strong plus.
  • Flexibility to accommodate occasional onsite requirements would be beneficial.
