The Helpdesk Engineer is responsible for the IT Helpdesk, which serves the whole company. Their primary responsibilities are to ensure employee satisfaction with IT services within Intento and to facilitate vendor management for general (i.e., no production-related) SaaSes
Responsibilities:
Processing and resolution of a range of support questions and issues that come via Slack, Linear and Jira Service Management
Building and augmenting our internal Knowledge Base so that recurring solutions are documented to reduce resolution time
Configuring Linear and Jira Service Management to improve employee experience and provide reports
Implementing, supporting, and improving automation tools intended to be used by employees (for example, simple UI to create a project in Google Cloud and configure it properly)
