Job Overview
We are looking for a Product Manager – Data & Digital Solutions to drive the discovery, analysis, and delivery of innovative solutions across two key domains:
Platform Domain: Focus on improving our existing application by scaling, adding features, and optimizing workflows to better serve users and business needs. In this domain, you will work closely with software engineers to translate business needs into technical tasks.
Data Domain: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and translate them into actionable tasks, delivering impactful data-driven solutions and reports. Here, you will work closely with data engineers to implement and refine data products.
You will work across both domains, but initially, your focus will be more on the Data Domain.
This position requires a strategic thinker and skilled communicator who can bridge the gap between stakeholders and engineering teams, ensuring business goals are translated into clear, actionable tasks while delivering value through innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs, map workflows, and uncover opportunities for improvement.
Use tools like user story mapping to define product goals and prioritize features.
Assess and define the measurable value of features to prioritize development and effectively argue trade-offs with management.
Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Translate requirements into actionable tasks for software engineers in the Platform Domain and data engineers in the Data Domain.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time and with measurable value.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, such as 3-Amigos sessions, refinements, sprint plannings, and more, to support iterative development and continuous improvement.
Refine and enhance existing platform workflows and data products to ensure usability, scalability, and impact.
Design and implement data-driven solutions, such as dashboards and reports, to empower decision-making.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and clarity.
Present updates and results to stakeholders and leadership.
Create trainings, workshops, and general guidelines on new product features and workflows.
