As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you’ll provide routine nursing care and assistance with activities of daily living while supporting residents under the direction and supervision of a licensed nurse.
Employment: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Schedule: Full-time schedules may consist of five shorter shifts or three extended shifts per week, depending on the assigned schedule. Shift hours include:
- 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m.
- 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.
- 6:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m. (three shifts per week)
- Every-other-weekend coverage is required for all schedules
Compensation: $16.50–$18.50 per hour, based on CNA level
Weekend Differential: Additional $1.00 per hour for weekend shifts
Paid Time Off: 40 hours
Holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
Key Responsibilities
- Provide routine daily nursing care to residents under the guidance and supervision of a licensed nurse
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and other care-related functions as directed
- Perform routine nursing unit duties
- Complete additional resident-care tasks as assigned by the Registered Nurse
- Work under the direction of the Registered Nurse, Nursing Service Supervisor, and/or Director of Nursing
