Job Overview

Reporting to: Commercial Manager
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Commercial Administrator to join our dynamic Commercial Team. This role plays a key part in supporting the commercial operations of the business ensuring smooth administrative processes and contributing to the success of our projects and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Commercial Team, including document preparation, data entry, and reporting.
- Assist with the management of contracts, vendor registrations and other commercial support activities as required.
- Liaise effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate communication.
- Maintain and update commercial records and databases.
- Support the preparation of bids, tenders, and project documentation. Monitor project timelines and assist in tracking budgets and expenditures.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or commercial support role.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and flexible approach to work.
Desirable:
- Experience in a construction, engineering, or similar commercial environment.
- Knowledge of procurement or contract administration
