Job Overview

Location: Aberdeen

Reporting to: Commercial Manager

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Commercial Administrator to join our dynamic Commercial Team. This role plays a key part in supporting the commercial operations of the business ensuring smooth administrative processes and contributing to the success of our projects and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Commercial Team, including document preparation, data entry, and reporting.
  • Assist with the management of contracts, vendor registrations and other commercial support activities as required.
  • Liaise effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate communication.
  • Maintain and update commercial records and databases.
  • Support the preparation of bids, tenders, and project documentation.  Monitor project timelines and assist in tracking budgets and expenditures.

Requirements

  •   Previous experience in an administrative or commercial support role.
  •  Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  •   Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  •   Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  •   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  •   A proactive and flexible approach to work.

Desirable:

  • Experience in a construction, engineering, or similar commercial environment.
  • Knowledge of procurement or contract administration
