Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering solutions that create, preserve and sustain value for organisations facing challenges or opportunities. Be part of Interpath’s integration program, structure the integration plan, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure operational objectives are achieved, while supervising and developing junior PMOs/project coordinators!
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the M&A Integration Master Plan: timeline, risks, dependencies, deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, HR, Operations, Legal, etc.).
- Identify process, tools, and organizational gaps and recommend harmonization actions.
- Effectively lead and facilitate functional-level calls.
- Support change management and ensure smooth communication between entities.
- Supervise, coach, and upskill junior PMOs and project coordinators.
- Ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of deliverables produced by junior staff.
Requirements
Technical Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience within an international environment.
- Proven ability to manage and deliver complex projects, demonstrating strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Solid risk, dependency, and business impact analysis capabilities.
- Mastery of project management and reporting tools.
- Proven experience leading or mentoring junior project staff.
- Fluent French and English (written and verbally).

Profile
- 5–8 years of experience in PMO or project management, ideally with exposure to M&A or major transformation projects.
- Highly proficient in professional English communication.
- Confirmed experience supervising or mentoring junior team members.
- Master’s degree in project management, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or related field. Certifications (PMP, Prince2, Agile) are appreciated
