As a Business Analyst at our team, you will play a key role in optimizing the performance and functionality of our Lottery systems!

More specifically, some of your main tasks will be:

• Being the person responsible within the team for collecting and tracking the progress of change requests.

• Ensuring that requirements are fully understood by both the Business and Development teams and that the designed implementation truly satisfies our customers' expectations.

• Participating in the definition and analysis of business requirements.

• Uncovering and understanding customer and business needs and translating them into functional and technical requirements to be successful in this role.
