Job Overview

We are looking for a Promotions Manager to join our team.

The primary purpose of the Promotions Manager is to lead, drive and define the promotional and rewards offering and loyalty proposition for all player segments within Greece. Taking ownership of the promotional strategy and the commercial performance of our activity.

Focusing on creating engaging promotions that drives player retention and overall satisfaction whilst maintaining business KPIs.

  • Support with the creation and implementation of the promotional strategy to deliver OKR and KPI targets for the business

  • Create the monthly promotion plans for headline activity across Sports betting and iCasino

  • Budget Management: Oversee and optimize the Retention budget allocation to maximize ROI and achieve performance targets.

  • Set up and manage a small but high performing team of executives, with a focus on training and development

  • Track the performance of incentives and campaigns against objectives

  • Identify opportunities for growth within the customer base and for cross-sell across Sports betting and iCasino

  • Implement test and learn processes to feed into planning and campaign development

  • Understand the customer base to create targeted plans for all cohorts which optimise retention to ventures

  • Enable your team to deliver promotional plans for our customers in a timely manner

  • Create best practices for team to reduce errors and minimise customer contacts to CS

  • Leverage the portfolio of promotional templates of top performing mechanics for rapid implementation with minimal effort

  • Ensuring plans are budgeted for and track spend on daily basis, making tweaks as needed

  • Collaboration with Creative and Brand Teams: Work closely with the creative and brand teams to align messaging and visuals with performance marketing efforts, ensuring a joined-up customer experience and compliance with regulatory and responsible gaming requirements across all offers

  • Influence others to develop the rewards tooling for your team

  • Collaborate with other marketing functions to maximise exposure for headline activity

  • Ensure content recommendations are prioritised accordingly and maximise effectiveness
