As a (Fixed Term) Talent Acquisition Specialist at Bally’s Intralot, you’ll play a key role in building high-impact teams within a technology-driven, gaming environment. You’ll partner closely with Hiring Managers, mainly across tech teams, while supporting broader hiring needs where required.
This role combines hands-on recruitment, collaboration, and a strong focus on candidate experience.
What you’ll be working on:
Implement our recruitment plan, following the approved corporate process, including requisition approval, job posting (internal and external), CV screening, shortlist selection, manage employees’ referrals, feedback provision.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers on defining profiles and the required competencies to create the job ads that will attract candidates.
Proactively source and build talent pipelines primarily for technology roles.
Screen, interview, and coordinate assessments, ensuring strong skill and culture fit.
Deliver a consistent, transparent, and respectful candidate experience.
Coordinate pre-employment checks and support smooth onboarding for new hires.
Track recruitment metrics and use insights to continuously improve hiring outcomes.
Support referral programs, university partnerships, and employer branding initiatives.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR colleagues across countries in a multinational setup.
