Bally’s Intralot is looking for a Presales & Bidding Specialist within our Presales & Bidding team. Your role will be to craft high quality, compelling and compliant bid responses that clearly present our Company’s value proposition. You will transform complex technical and business information into structured, persuasive proposals that effectively align with customer requirements and evaluation criteria.
Key Responsibilities
Involved in the bid preparation process for selected accounts, ensuring responses are well-structured, accurate, and aligned with customer specifications.
Develop persuasive content for RFPs/ RFIs ensuring compliance with customer requirements and highlighting company’s value proposition with the goal of securing winning bids.
Support bid managers in coordinating contributions from a variety of functions and teams including sales/account management, marketing, product management, finance, legal and technical teams, as well as subcontractors and other 3rd parties
Maintain and enhance the proposal content library, by re-writing/ editing proposal responses, re-working on existing content or writing additional content to address new customer needs etc.
Develop and maintain domain expertise in relevant industry-related fields (i.e. gaming platforms, player account management, infrastructure and telecoms, implementation services, operational services).
