About the Role: As a Supply Chain Specialist at Bally’s Intralot, you'll play a key role in ensuring efficient procurement processes and optimizing costs across the Group. You'll be responsible for:

• Support the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, supplier communication, and contract administration.

• Participate in vendor negotiations, assist in securing competitive pricing and terms, and identify new suppliers.

• Conduct market research and supplier benchmarking to support sourcing decisions.

• Coordinate procurement activities with internal stakeholders across departments.

• Monitor purchase orders, invoices, and delivery timelines to ensure smooth operations.

• Track procurement KPIs (cost savings, supplier performance, lead times).

• Contribute to the development and execution of procurement strategies to maximize efficiency and achieve cost savings within assigned spend categories.

• Prepare and deliver management reports for assigned spend categories, including spend analysis, cost-saving initiatives, supplier performance, and budgeting insights.

• Support the procurement and management of additional indirect services and spend areas (i.e. Outsourced Services, Logistics, Fleet & Asset Management, Telecom, Facilities) based on evolving business requirements.
