To meet our current corporate needs, we are looking to bring to our team an Application Support Engineer

In this role, you will:

  • Monitoring and resolving open production issues at the 2nd level within designated timeframes.

  • Promptly initiating a "Problem" report when the root cause of an incident remains unidentified.

  • Conducting advanced troubleshooting for production incidents and problems.

  • Taking ownership of problem monitoring and tracking, with a focus on process improvement for recurring issues.

  • Reproducing incidents and validating fixes through regression testing.

  • Contributing to root cause analysis efforts to prevent future outages or quality issues.

  • Flexibility is key as this position requires shift work and occasional international travel due to our global clientele.
