Primary Function of Position:
As a member of the People Services team, the People Services Representative will provide client-centric HR services in Talent Acquisition coordination and HR administration. S/he will provide support to ensure the effectiveness of the recruitment, the related HR activities and the HR administrative tasks.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide support for the recruitment activities: scheduling interviews, travel for interviews, liaising with hiring manager and candidates to ensure first class interview process.
- Support interview and travel coordination between candidates and external partners.
- Perform reporting on recruitment follow up, invoicing, and position status.
- Administer recruitment system and ensure all necessary actions are performed with accuracy in a timeline manner.
- Perform administrative and coordination activities within employee life cycle related to time tracking, leaves, medial visits, vaccinations, awards, gifts, employee folder, incoming / outgoing mail, and hoc reports.
- Oversee the background check program with the external provider.
- Facilitate the HR administrative tasks including the maintenance of employee files, the HRIS systems updates and the preparation of any relevant HR documentation.
