Job Overview


Overview of the Role:

Location: UK-based, Hybrid (London)

Salary: £28,000–£34,000 per year, based on level of experience.


The UK Support Coordinator provides essential administrative, operational, and client support to the VP,

Global Client Success, the UK Leadership Team, and the wider UK/EMEA group. This role is central to

ensuring the smooth running of the London office, supporting client administration, and enabling efficient

commercial and operational workflows across the business.


Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Office Support

  • Provide client administration, including populating contracts, preparing documentation, and issuing terms and conditions across client success and revenue recovery teams.
  • Manage spreadsheets, data entry, and general ad-hoc administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting schedules, room bookings, events, and client catering.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supplies, facilities, and relationships with building management.
  • Liaise with external suppliers and service providers as required.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems, records, and databases.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and in accordance with company policies.
  • Support compliance with company procedures in partnership with HR.
  • Complete additional administrative tasks and projects assigned by the VP.

Client Success & Sales Support

  • Provide CRM operational support for UK/EMEA teams, collaborating with the US Client Success team.
  • Ensure timely and accurate updates to contracts and CRM records, keeping teams aligned and accountable.
  • Assist with sales research, lead generation, and data review - including interpreting data insights.
  • Prepare supporting materials for client activities, internal reporting, and sales initiatives.


What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in an administrative, coordination, or client support role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to work comfortably with CRM
  • systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
  • Professional, approachable, and client focused manner.
