Position scope:
- Support APAC Business unit in managing technical requests and verifying compliance of IRCA products versus local APAC countries requirements.
Main tasks:
- Verifying regulatory compliance of imported IRCA products towards local APAC food legislation
- Prepare documents for pre import registration, at delivery registration
- Manage product related technical requests (questionnaires, questions on composition) coming from APAC Area
- Interact with APAC Customer care in define requirements for activation of new countries
- Maintain updated requirement lists for active APAC countries.
- Support APAC Customer Care in custom regulation (provides technical documents, composition statements, etc.)
- Support Horizon Scanning and Regulatory updates related to APAC
Required professional and personal skills:
- Education:
- Basic degree in Food Sciences / Law
- Technical:
- Must have:
- Customer technical relations
- Regulatory knowledge of main APAC Countries
- Nice to have:
- Religious certification (Halal, Kosher)
- Has experience with GACC registrations for China, and other countries needing product or plant registrations in APAC
- Languages:
- English: good written and spoken (C1)
- IT Skills:
- Basic Office capabilities
- Common knowledge of browser based software.
- Experience:
- Regulatory / Compliance / Quality department in dealing with imports from EU of foods (either B2B / B2C) is an advantage
