iSchool is looking for a Sales Operations Intern to support our sales team in optimizing processes, analyzing data, and improving overall efficiency. This internship provides hands-on experience in sales operations, CRM management, and performance tracking within the EdTech industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Management: Assist in updating and maintaining customer records in the CRM system.
- Sales Support: Help sales representatives with lead tracking, follow-ups, and documentation.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze sales data to identify trends and performance insights.
- Process Optimization: Support the development of efficient sales workflows and automation.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare reports on sales metrics and team performance.

Requirements
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and data visualization tools.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and present insights.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
