Back-Office Payroll Representative

Client specific roles and responsibilities:

• Address payroll-related concerns via inbound and outbound phone calls, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution.

• Distribute invoices and pay-related documents, including sending paystubs and text notifications to employees.

• Draft and submit appeal letters in response to wage disputes or related matters.

• Represent the company in appeal hearings as needed, ensuring clear communication of relevant payroll information.

• Perform employment and wage verifications for external agencies, employers, or government bodies.

• Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Legal teams to support audits, appeals, and employee inquiries.

Requirements

• Payroll experience is a PLUS
• Proficiency in using MS Excel
• Must be detail oriented
• Good verbal and written English skills
• Willing to work onsite either MANDALUYONG or MAKATI
• Amenable working night shifts
