Client Outreach Coordinator (US Healthcare) - EST Hours (Remote)
Job Overview
ISTA Personnel Solutions South Africa partners with a US-based client providing healthcare services to nursing home residents. We are seeking a Client Outreach Coordinator to follow up with leads, engage prospective clients, and guide them through the sign-up process.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM SAST), subject to daylight saving adjustments.
- Internet Requirements: A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and the ability to support a wired Ethernet connection is mandatory. Applicants without a fixed fibre line cannot be considered.
- Power Backup: A reliable power backup solution is required to manage load shedding and power outages. Applicants without a power backup cannot be considered.
- Work Environment: This is a fully remote working role.
- Public Holidays: You will be required to work on all South African public holidays (compensated as per BCEA)
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage Warm Leads: Contact prospective clients who have already expressed interest in healthcare services.
- Promote Solutions: Clearly and persuasively communicate the value of healthcare service offerings.
- Convert & Close: Use consultative sales skills to guide prospects through the decision-making and sign-up process.
- Manage Relationships: Keep accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Support Prospects: Provide excellent service by answering queries and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or call centre roles (healthcare industry experience a plus).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong sales skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM programmes.
