Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Schedule home visit appointments accurately and efficiently
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients, providers, and care teams
  • Address patient inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy
  • Update patient records and scheduling systems in real-time
  • Coordinate with multiple internal teams to ensure accurate appointment logistics
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA compliance standards
  • Utilize multiple systems and tools for scheduling and communication
  • Ensure all interactions reflect high-quality service standards

Requirements

  • At least 6 months BPO experience handling a Voice Account
  • Healthcare experience is a PLUS, not required
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using MS Tools
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
  • Amenable working night shift
