ISTA Solutions, an outsourcing/offshoring company, is in search of a dedicated Healthcare CSR to join our team as part of our Medical Census campaign. As a Healthcare CSR, you will play a crucial role in gathering and maintaining accurate patient information for our healthcare clients. Responsibilities:

• Utilize electronic claim submission platforms and billing portals to process and submit claims accurately and efficiently.
• Perform precise data entry to ensure timely and error-free claim submissions.
• Review claims and invoices with strong attention to detail to verify accuracy and completeness.
• Research, identify, and resolve billing discrepancies independently.
• Apply critical thinking to determine claim eligibility and ensure proper coding is used.
• Maintain compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and payer requirements throughout the billing process.

Requirements

• 6 months - 1 year BPO experience
• Knowledge with Healthcare claims and insurance is a PLUS
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Proficient in using MS Tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Willing to work onsite in Makati
• Amenable working night shift
