Account specific roles and responsibilities:

• Consistently follow up with doctors' offices to obtain signed orders for all patients using Medicaid and Medicare.

• Maintain professional and persistent communication with healthcare providers to ensure timely return of completed forms.

• Document communication logs, track pending orders, and manage updates in internal spreadsheets.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure order completion aligns with service timelines and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Must have at least 6 months of BPO experience in a Voice account
• US Healthcare Insurance experience is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Organized and keen to details
• Willing to work in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
• Amenable working night shifts
