ISTA Solutions, an outsourcing/offshoring company, is in search of a dedicated Healthcare CSR to join our team as part of our Medical Census campaign. As a Healthcare CSR, you will play a crucial role in gathering and maintaining accurate patient information for our healthcare clients. At ISTA Solutions, we value teamwork, professionalism, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their patients.

Responsibilities:

• Support billing operations within a long-term care pharmacy or census management team.
• Verify insurance coverage and perform prior authorization processing as needed.
• Investigate and resolve claim issues, denials, and discrepancies.
• Conduct payer follow-up to ensure timely reimbursement and proper claim adjudication.
• Assist with pharmacy operations related to billing, documentation, and claim processing.
• Communicate with payers, facilities, and internal teams to clarify billing and authorization requirements.

Requirements

• 6 months - 1 year BPO experience
• Knowledge with Healthcare claims, authorization, and insurance is a PLUS
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Proficient in using MS Tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Willing to work onsite in Makati
• Amenable working night shift
