Key Responsibilities
1. Business Growth & Sales Execution
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets in the Jordan market.
- Identify new business opportunities, industries, and potential clients.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, pitching, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
2. Account Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients across sectors.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular business reviews and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
3. Market & Pipeline Development
- Maintain a healthy, well-documented sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
- Understand market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in Jordan.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, delivery) to tailor solutions for the local market.
4. Client Engagement & Communication
- Deliver product/service presentations to clients and partners.
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotes, and structured offers.

5. Reporting & Documentation
