Key Responsibilities

1. Business Growth & Sales Execution

  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets in the Jordan market.
  • Identify new business opportunities, industries, and potential clients.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, pitching, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.

2. Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients across sectors.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

3. Market & Pipeline Development

  • Maintain a healthy, well-documented sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
  • Understand market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in Jordan.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, delivery) to tailor solutions for the local market.

4. Client Engagement & Communication

  • Deliver product/service presentations to clients and partners.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, quotes, and structured offers.
  • Handle client queries, resolve issues, and provide timely support.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on pipeline, performance, and KPIs.
  • Maintain organized CRM records and complete documentation of all client interactions.
