As a Project Analyst/PM Analyst at Ivy Partners, you will be tasked with:
- Structuring and standardizing project management using JIRA.
- Creating and optimizing workflows, boards, and tracking processes.
- Supporting the organization of sprints, retrospectives, and other project routines.
- Automating reporting and monitoring mechanisms.
- Monitoring progress, dependencies, actions, and follow-ups.
- Ensuring consistency in the use of defined tools and processes.
- Collaborating with the PMO, project teams, and stakeholders in France.
- Progressively supporting portfolio tracking and governance activities.
