Sr. Executive - Public Relations

What You’ll Do

• Build and manage strong media relationships across travel, tech, aviation, and business media

• Drive proactive media outreach and ensure consistent, high-impact coverage for ixigo Group brands (ixigo flights, ixigo trains, ConfirmTkt & Abhibus)

• Lead data-driven storytelling - proactively gather insights and turn them into compelling narratives

• Manage quarterly earnings PR coordination, including messaging and media strategy

• Write and disseminate press releases, articles, notes, and quotes

• Track coverage and prepare PR reports

• Secure awards, speaking opportunities, and media features

• Proactively use and experiment with AI tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency (just being familiar with AI isn’t enough)

Who You Are

• 2–4 years of PR experience (agency preferred)

• Strong media network across relevant beats

• Excellent writing and communication skills

• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

• You’re comfortable and confident working directly with senior leadership/CXOs

• A collaborative team player with high ownership
