Job Description
- Collaborate with the team throughout the recruitment process to ensure each candidate enjoys an efficient and personalized experience.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing to offer — to deliver a steady pipeline of qualified candidates, a smooth candidate journey, and timely outcomes for hiring managers.
- Partner with team leaders and hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance on the most effective hiring strategies.
- Play a key role in building a team of people who align with our values and thrive in a collaborative environment.
- Take ownership of not only hiring responsibilities but also internal projects and adhoc assignments as needed.
- Contribute actively to internal communications initiatives.
- Continuously explore innovative approaches to enhance the employee experience and strengthen the iyzico culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from the related departments of the universities,
- At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably with a focus on IT recruitment,
- Hybrid work model with 3 days per week in the office,
- Strong knowledge of the full recruitment cycle,
- Experience with using online recruitment portal (Lever, Recruitee etc.),
- Excellent organizational, analytical and communications skill,
- Proactive approach and capacity to foster strong, effective relationships,
- Fluency in English,
- Willingness to learn and adopt in a dynamic environment.
