Customer Service & Office Associate
Full-time Entry LevelJob Overview
This full time position is responsible for the successful operations of the customer service department and general office duties. They will work closely with the management team to address customer service tasks and issues as well as maintain seamless flow between the front office and production. The team member will be the front-line representation of the company both in-person and online. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answering 2-line phones
- Assisting visitors to the facility and ensuring adherence to plant policies
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email and online platforms
- Researching required information needed to address customer service inquiries
- Performing online tasks to maintain brand integrity i.e. customer reviews, posts etc.
- Fielding and processing wholesale orders
- Data entry as needed
- Assist the management team as needed in office operations including:
- Phone calls
- Vendor follow-up
- Customer communications
- Ordering
- Document creation
Note that this facility cross-trains all employees and team members may be required to fulfill tasks outside of their formal job description. These tasks include but are not limited to:
- Sanitation: cleaning of machinery, dishes and facility
- Production: handling of raw products such as loading and unloading, hanging, racking
- Packaging: handling of finished products such as loading and unloading, slicing, cutting, filling bags
