Job Overview

What You’ll Do:

  1. Own & Grow the Metcash Account: Lead full day-today management including Joint Business Planning, promotional strategy, range reviews, distribution tracking and new line execution to drive sustainable growth.
  2. Drive commercial Performance: Manage forecasting, volume tracking, pricing, rebates, trading terms, and promotional accruals, identifying growth opportunities across ranging, promotions and in-store activation.
  3. Develop Key Account Relationships: Build and manage strong relationships across MSO groups and other key customers, identifying growth opportunities across ranging promotions and in-store activation.
  4. Deliver Insights & Reporting: Monitor account performance against targets, identify risks and opportunities, and prepare compelling customer presentations, reviews and range submissions.
  5. Collaborate for Execution Excellence: Partner with third-party merchandising teams and internal stakeholders to maximise ranging, distribution and in-store execution, while supporting the National Business Manager as required.
