The Key Account Manager (KAM) is mainly responsible for managing and developing key-accounts and improving the results of the key accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop key accounts, driving growth and improving results.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales objectives.
- Negotiate annual agreements, pricing, and promotional plans with clients.
- Monitor client profitability and manage budgets for maximum ROI.
- Ensure strong in-store execution and activation of products.
- Collaborate with international teams on annual planning and local market insights.
