The Key Account Manager (KAM) is mainly responsible for managing and developing key-accounts and improving the results of the key accounts.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and develop key accounts, driving growth and improving results.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales objectives.
  3. Negotiate annual agreements, pricing, and promotional plans with clients.
  4. Monitor client profitability and manage budgets for maximum ROI.
  5. Ensure strong in-store execution and activation of products.
  6. Collaborate with international teams on annual planning and local market insights.
