Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to lead and develop our e-commerce marketplace business, ensuring sustainable growth and strong profitability performance.

  • Manage daily marketplace operations through distributor/dealer management, including sales tracking, stock availability, pricing, commission structures, and logistics controls.
  • Own and manage the marketplace P&L, monitoring revenue, margins, commissions, marketing investments, and logistics costs; provide pricing and profitability analysis and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
  • Prepare weekly performance dashboards covering key KPIs such as sales, traffic, ROAS, and stock health.
  • Manage in-platform search advertising, sponsored ads, and retail marketing activities across e-commerce platforms.
  • Lead annual Joint Business Planning (JBP) processes with e-commerce platforms and organize/lead weekly and monthly business review meetings.
  • Analyze e-commerce data and measurement tools to develop actionable growth strategies and performance improvement plans.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Commercial Marketing teams to ensure full alignment on business objectives and growth strategies.
